You will help customers and partners transition from design to production by implementing durable workflows and establishing strong delivery patterns. The role centers on making systems work in real-world scenarios, ensuring customers are equipped to operate safely and independently.
Key activities include defining worker deployment strategies, creating observability standards, and leading hands-on workshops. You will partner with Support and Platform Architects to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback to product engineering teams.

- Implement and teach production-safe workflow patterns like retries and versioning
- Help customers operate Temporal Server in production and self-hosted environments
