Join the Admin & Identity and Access Management team at Mural to define how users sign in and administrators govern organizations. You will design and ship end-to-end capabilities including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and core permission models.
Working in a small, focused team, you will collaborate with Product, Design, and Infrastructure to deliver secure and intuitive experiences. The position offers a remote-first setup with the option to work from the Buenos Aires office.
What you'll do
- Build core identity systems for authentication, authorization, and session management
- Develop enterprise administration features including configuration and billing
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design secure access experiences
- Own technical initiatives from design through implementation and support
- Mentor teammates and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Ensure solutions are observable, maintainable, and reliable
What you'll need
- 4+ years building large-scale production software in agile teams
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience building UIs with React and modern patterns
- Experience with MongoDB or comparable database technologies
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like SSO, SCIM, and permission models
- Ability to learn new technologies and navigate large codebases quickly
- Experience with B2B SaaS configuration surfaces or admin dashboards
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and security teams
