What you'll do
- Build robust, fault-tolerant software using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
- Apply deep architectural knowledge to solve complex domain modeling challenges
- Drive large milestones and manage technical trade-offs to hit target dates
- Connect teams on cross-functional projects and identify critical points across domains
- Articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Set engineering standards through code quality and thorough documentation
- Mentor engineers and support their growth toward promotion standards
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django or equivalent web frameworks
- Experience with domain modeling and architectural design
- Knowledge of GraphQL for API development
- Ability to write robust and fault-tolerant software
- Experience with Celery and asynchronous processing
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with one or more frontend frameworks
