What you'll do
- Build agentic platforms and customer-facing AI experiences
- Develop voice, SMS, and email infrastructure using real-time tech
- Rebuild data models to support AI retrieval and traversal
- Design internet-facing APIs for apps, agents, and humans
- Ship LLM-backed features and ensure production reliability
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding and reasoning tasks
What you'll need
- Seasoned engineer with strong Python experience
- Experience shipping LLM-backed features for real users
- Proficiency with AI infrastructure tools like Pydantic or Temporal
- Strong opinion on API design and user needs
- Ability to debug latency issues and own critical systems
- Comfortable self-directing and collaborating remotely
Nice to have
- Experience with Go, Rust, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Twilio, WebRTC, or WebSockets
- Background in scaling MongoDB or Elasticsearch
- Experience with Stripe billing or growth experiments
