You will join a remote-first group dedicated to open communication and rapid learning. The team values deep technical dives and collaborative problem-solving to reduce operational costs for lenders.
What you'll do
- Architect and launch multi-step AI agents for operational workflows
- Integrate third-party lending APIs for documents and underwriting
- Build next-generation job processing infrastructure on AWS
- Develop full-stack features from design through to deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in technical and soft skills
- Design scalable relational database schemas for complex data
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for frontend and backend
- Experience with React, Node/Express, and GraphQL
- Background in scaling distributed systems in the cloud
- Ability to write readable and maintainable software architecture
- Keen awareness of security risks for sensitive personal data
- Product-oriented mindset with focus on user implications
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI product lifecycles and LLM evaluation
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- SRE-oriented approach to reliability and observability
- History of designing performant complex database schemas
