You will design and scale applications that allow AI agents to execute complex tasks in regulated environments. Working with researchers and product teams, you will create intuitive interfaces and robust backend services for enterprise users.
What you'll do
- Design full-stack apps for AI-driven enterprise workflows
- Build high-performance front-ends for agent monitoring
- Develop scalable backend services for real-time AI interactions
- Optimize UIs for seamless AI-human collaboration
- Integrate LLMs and RAG into production applications
- Write efficient, minimal-dependency code for enterprise use
- Iterate on products based on user needs and technical limits
What you'll need
- 7+ years building full-stack production applications
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience with Python for backend development
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure
- Understanding of LLMs, chat interfaces, and agentic workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy settings
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
Nice to have
- Experience building apps with LLM integrations
- Background in high-performance startups or enterprise AI
- Strong UI/UX design skills for AI interfaces
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time streaming
- Contributions to open-source projects or AI developer tools
