Join The Foundry, ClickUp's internal AI lab embedded within GTM Systems. This team builds production-grade infrastructure that makes Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations faster through AI. You will own the technical delivery of MCP server platforms and autonomous agents used daily by hundreds of employees.
What you'll do
- Design and operate Model Context Protocol servers for CRM and analytics data
- Implement Okta PKCE authentication and RBAC policy enforcement
- Build multi-step autonomous agents for lead qualification and support triage
- Architect prompt engineering frameworks and agent evaluation harnesses
- Deliver full-stack internal tools using TypeScript backends and React frontends
- Write Python automation scripts and ETL pipelines for GTM analytics
- Use AI coding assistants as primary accelerators to increase shipping velocity
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js for server-side code
- Strong Python skills for automation and data pipelines
- Meaningful AWS deployment experience including Lambda and ECS
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic
- Solid foundation in REST API design and OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Track record of using AI tools as genuine productivity multipliers
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol
- GCP experience with Cloud Run or BigQuery
- Salesforce or HubSpot API integration work
- React or Next.js front-end capability
- Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Experience in GTM Systems or RevOps contexts
- Okta or identity provider integration work
