OAK’S LAB is a product development partner that has launched over 65 software products for startups and enterprises. You will join a dedicated product team to design, develop, and scale high-quality web and mobile applications from the ground up.
The company leverages AI tools to enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows. This position offers opportunities for mentorship, leadership growth, and participation in an internal AI Guild.
What you'll do
- Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications
- Translate feature requirements into technical solutions with product teams
- Take ownership of application delivery, quality, and stakeholder presentation
- Prioritize business value and functionality based on user needs
- Ensure application security and scalability standards are met
- Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews
- Mentor less senior engineers and provide constructive feedback
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience building web solutions with Node and React
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong focus on code quality and best practices
- Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI in workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in Agile team environments
- Proficient in English communication
