Join the team as a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain production systems within a complex trading and blockchain context. You will take full ownership of feature correctness, reliability, and operability while collaborating with peers on design and problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, test, and operate production systems
- Ensure correctness, reliability, and operability of features
- Resolve ambiguity in requirements and system behavior
- Write clear, maintainable code focused on simplicity
- Participate in incident response and implement durable fixes
- Collaborate through code reviews and design discussions
What you'll need
- Strong engineering fundamentals and judgment in complex systems
- Bias toward correctness, reliability, and production ownership
- Ability to reason about non-trivial business logic and stateful systems
- Self-directed productivity in ambiguous or loosely scoped work
- Clear communication and strong team-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with trading systems or exchanges
- Production experience with Go (Golang)
- Experience with performance-sensitive backend systems
- Prior ownership of services including on-call duties
