What you'll need
- Senior or staff-level experience building and owning production systems
- Strong systems thinking focusing on long-term system behavior
- Clear communication skills for breaking down complexity
- Ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with a strong appetite for learning
- Demonstrated curiosity, ambition, and kindness in professional interactions
