What you'll do
- Build user-facing features spanning database models, GraphQL resolvers, and UI components
- Optimize data synchronization using improved serialization protocols
- Implement real-time collaborative editing capabilities in the content editor
- Enhance performance by profiling and adjusting virtualized list rendering
- Integrate analytics, monitoring, and alerts to improve incident response
- Open-source significant innovations developed during product work
- Refine software development processes to support purpose-built product creation
What you'll need
- Five or more years of experience building customer-facing products at quality software firms
- Strong fundamentals in React and TypeScript with full-stack proficiency
- Experience with Browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
- Proven track record of delivering complex, end-to-end features with visible impact
- Product sensibility with a focus on UX, speed, and polish
- Ability to shape problems and work without heavy product management oversight
- Self-directed mindset with ownership of the full feature lifecycle
- Comfortable thriving in a remote, async-first environment with a lean team
