You will transform foundation models into reliable workflows embedded in Linear's core, enabling the product to orchestrate coding and move work forward. Working closely with product and design, you will prototype intelligent interactions and ensure AI features remain fast and intuitive.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered product features that feel native and fast
- Prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows with design teams
- Design backend services for natural language interfaces and suggestions
- Optimize prompts and evaluate model performance
- Guide the agent platform for third-party integrations
- Contribute to reliable and privacy-aware AI infrastructure architecture
What you'll need
- 5+ years building customer-facing products at high-quality companies
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
- Full stack experience including Browser tech, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
- Track record of driving complex end-to-end features with visible impact
- Product sensibility with focus on UX, speed, and polish
- Ability to shape problems without heavy PM oversight
- Self-directed mindset taking features from idea to shipment
- Experience thriving in remote, async-first environments
