Lead product vision and execution for the Contracts platform, facilitating transaction efficiency between healthcare stakeholders. You will collaborate with experts in reimbursement to design solutions that streamline contracting workflows for payers and providers.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap and ship reliable features for diverse stakeholders
- Design solutions using deep healthcare subject matter expertise
- Create and evaluate business cases for new modules and products
- Collaborate with AI engineers to refine models for contract insights
- Drive adoption by incorporating user feedback and behavioral data
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure compliance
- Communicate product vision internally and externally across channels
What you'll need
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management for workflow tools
- Deep expertise in Managed Care and Revenue Cycle processes
- Experience adding AI or ML features to manual workflows
- Strong systems-level thinking and negotiation skills
- Fluency with legal and compliance requirements in healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Background in contracting or financial modeling software
- Understanding of backend healthcare industry functions
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
