You will define product direction and prioritize features for the Injective interoperable smart contracts platform. Working with engineering and design teams, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements for decentralized finance applications.
This position requires high ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will manage initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring high quality and alignment with company objectives.
What you'll do
- Drive product development from ideation to launch and iteration
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
- Partner with engineering and design to define priorities
- Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements
- Define and monitor key product metrics for decision making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth and operations teams
What you'll need
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong technical understanding and finance knowledge
- Proven ability to drive initiatives with high ownership
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Technical background, engineering experience, or technical degree
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, or fintech
- Background at high-performing technology companies
