You will collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and prioritize initiatives from ideation through launch. This position requires strong product fundamentals and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, technical environments focused on decentralized finance.
What you'll do
- Drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with objectives
- Partner with engineering and design to define product direction
- Own prioritization decisions using data, feedback, and business context
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
- Define and monitor key product metrics to improve decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, BD, and support teams
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience with technical or infrastructure-heavy products
- Strong technical understanding and solid grasp of finance
- High ownership mentality and ability to drive initiatives independently
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Technical background, engineering experience, or technical degree
- Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging tech
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, or trading systems
- Experience at high-performing technology companies
- Based in New York or open to relocating
