You will own projects from strategy and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. Working closely with the CRO lead, you will turn test hypotheses into designs that drive growth for DTC brands.
The position involves designing full-site experiences, paid media landing pages, and A/B test variants. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision supports client business goals.
What you'll do
- Lead UX/UI for full-site redesigns, homepages, and product pages
- Design landing pages and post-click funnels for paid traffic
- Partner with CRO lead on audits, hypotheses, and test roadmaps
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma or HTML/CSS for handoff
- Contribute to component libraries and page-builder systems
- Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
- Collaborate with developers on feasibility, handoff, and QA
- Improve design SOPs, file organization, and AI-assisted workflows
What you'll need
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in ecommerce
- Hands-on CRO experience with proven conversion impact
- Deep knowledge of Shopify themes, sections, and apps
- Advanced Figma skills including auto layout and prototyping
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
- Portfolio demonstrating process and shipped ecommerce work
- Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Nice to have
- Experience with DTC or CPG brands like beauty or wellness
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with GA4, heatmaps, and session recording tools
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Intelligems or Hotjar
- Proficiency using AI tools for design or front-end code
