Blacksmith Agency is a boutique digital firm specializing in high-end custom website design and development. The team builds data-driven online experiences that help partners innovate and meet business objectives.
As a UI/UX Web Designer, you will manage the entire design lifecycle from concept to final layout. You will collaborate with developers to translate client needs into masterful, interactive digital products.
What you'll do
- Lead the full design process including wireframing, storyboarding, and layout finalization
- Present homepage concepts to clients and guide them toward decisions
- Art-direct design output through direction, edits, and curation
- Design and maintain Design Systems for internal and client use
- Translate user research into disruptive website features and workflows
- Communicate design rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with strategy teams to support new business opportunities
- Ensure pixel perfection and apply modern branding styles
What you'll need
- At least five years of website design experience
- Proficiency with Figma
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant past web design projects
- Experience with prototyping
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong organizational skills for file and layer management
