Join Air Apps as a Site Reliability Engineer to build fault-tolerant systems and optimize performance for a global AI product. You will bridge software development and operations, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response to minimize downtime.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems across cloud environments
- Develop observability tools using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Optimize system performance and incident response workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Maintain load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery strategies
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for faster and stable deployments
- Participate in on-call rotations to address system failures
What you'll need
- 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or System Engineering
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with monitoring tools like ELK, New Relic, or Datadog
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Pulumi
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Strong Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or Go
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance
