You will drive the architectural evolution of the IQ platform, transitioning from monolithic applications to cloud-native microservices. Your work will focus on improving developer velocity, security, and scalability while implementing robust data sync mechanisms across hybrid environments.
Collaborating with product and engineering leadership, you will define execution strategies and support the adoption of Agentic AI in the product development lifecycle. This role requires balancing long-term architectural goals with immediate delivery needs in a fast-paced setting.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture initiatives alongside product management and engineering leads
- Design the IQ platform to enhance maintainability, security, and performance
- Define data synchronization and consistency models for distributed systems
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and team mentorship
- Enable the transition to an Agentic AI-based Product Development Life Cycle
- Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure and Security to meet compliance needs
What you'll need
- 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years as Principal or Architect
- Proven experience re-architecting monoliths into cloud-native microservices
- Deep expertise in AWS, Serverless, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
- Strong background in eventing, messaging, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience designing data replication strategies for distributed environments
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines in modern enterprise settings
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, CCD, or EDI
- Experience with integration and interoperability frameworks
