You will join a high-velocity team building the world’s first AI-native benefits administration software. The work focuses on creating personalized, intelligent features that improve financial security and wellbeing for employees at large global enterprises.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship production-ready code while leveraging modern AI development tools.
What you'll do
- Build AI-first features using agents, LLMs, and recommender systems
- Develop frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Create backend services using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Utilize AI-powered coding tools like Cursor and Windsurf
- Maintain clean, efficient, and well-tested codebases
- Participate in peer reviews and CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on prototypes
What you'll need
- 2+ years of industry experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and/or Python
- Experience building RESTful APIs and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML features to users
- Comfort deploying services on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive mindset with a focus on shipping quality products
