As a Solutions Architect at Redis, you will partner with customers to build tailored solutions using Redis Enterprise and Open-Source Redis. You will guide technical evaluations, drive pilots, and ensure that implementations meet specific business objectives while leveraging high-performance in-memory database technology.
What you'll do
- Design customized Redis solutions to meet customer business and database needs
- Lead technical proofs of concept, pilots, and product evaluations with clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and identify opportunities
- Present technical capabilities and business value to C-level executives and architects
- Provide feedback to product management and R&D based on customer insights
What you'll need
- Three or more years of pre-sales engineering experience, ideally in databases
- Hands-on proficiency with server-side software development and Linux environments
- Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
