As the first Solutions Architect for the China region, you will help grow the ClickHouse user community and support the company's cloud-first strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into technical solutions involving data visualization, migrations, and enterprise architecture.
You will engage with stakeholders from C-suite executives to developers, driving initiatives that turn data into business value. Collaborating with partners, you will help scale the business and strengthen the technical ecosystem in the region.
What you'll do
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into solution designs
- Advise customers on data visualization, workflows, and migrations
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from C-suite to developers
- Evangelize product vision and secure strategic commercial commitments
- Drive initiatives that align data usage with business outcomes
- Collaborate with partners to scale the regional technical ecosystem
What you'll need
- Minimum 10 years experience with Open Source Software business models
- Proficiency in Cloud, Infrastructure software, and OLAP technologies
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Proven track record in creating POCs and reference implementations
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages
Nice to have
- Experience deploying applications with major cloud providers
- Background in OLAP database programming and data models
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud as a GTM partner
