As a TAM Architect, you serve as the primary technical lead for a select group of large enterprise customers. You guide them from initial design decisions through production growth, ensuring they maximize the value of the company. Working within the Support organization, you handle escalations and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues.
What you'll do
- Manage 4-8 strategic accounts with regular health checks and reviews
- Lead onboarding decisions including schema, data modeling, and ingestion
- Monitor performance and costs while identifying new use cases
