Join Rula's Provider Team to design intuitive tools that help therapists deliver better care. You will reduce administrative friction and create intelligent experiences that support clinical decisions, allowing providers to focus on their patients.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, owns the design process from concept to delivery, and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to leverage AI strategically.
What you'll do
- Design tools that streamline administrative work for mental health providers
- Build intelligent experiences to aid informed clinical decisions
- Take ownership of product design from problem definition to feature delivery
- Identify opportunities and think strategically about care delivery future
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research partners
- Articulate design tradeoffs and document workflow logic clearly
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional Product Design experience with shipped products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity or business software
- Track record of reducing task friction and improving workflow efficiency
- Mastery of Figma for prototyping and system-level thinking
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations
- Based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platform domains
- Background designing for business or practice management teams
- Comfort translating ambiguous problems into AI-enabled experiences
- Experience conducting user research with business owners
- Contributions to enterprise-grade design systems
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements in finance or healthcare
