You will drive the core experience that helps users find, start, and maintain high-quality mental health treatment. By collaborating with research and engineering teams, you will use data to remove friction and improve health outcomes for thousands of patients.
What you'll do
- Lead the core product experience to improve patient access and engagement
- Analyze consumer data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists on strategy
- Guide engineering teams in designing, launching, and measuring product features
- Communicate tradeoffs and strategic outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of product management experience
- Background in consumer-facing or marketplace products preferred
- Proven ability to own complex, high-impact product areas at scale
- Strong quantitative skills including A/B testing and causal analysis
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence abilities
Nice to have
- Experience balancing supply and demand in two-sided marketplaces
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
