We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the delivery of scalable and reliable software solutions. You will combine hands-on coding with technical leadership, influencing architecture and guiding engineering best practices within the team.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of complex software systems and services
- Influence architecture decisions and modernization initiatives
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Support operational excellence and ensure production reliability
- Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern frameworks
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
- Strong background in both backend and frontend engineering
- Experience with cloud-native application development
- Familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
