C1 helps organizations adopt AI securely by managing access for humans, workloads, and agents. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor, designing scalable identity architectures and leading technical workshops for prospects and customers.
You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business value, working with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform. The ideal candidate thrives on solving identity security challenges and explaining protocols to both engineers and executives.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on identity governance and access control strategies
- Architect solutions for IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM systems
- Lead technical workshops, demos, and whiteboard sessions
- Design integration strategies for AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Explain protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC clearly
- Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and Terraform
- Share thought leadership on Zero Trust and industry trends
What you'll need
- 8+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or IAM architecture
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust
- Experience with Okta, Azure AD, LDAP, or Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure identity services
- Proficiency in Go, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools like Terraform
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or cloud credentials
- Ability to quickly diagram access review flows
- Experience building custom connectors for SaaS applications
- Skill in simplifying complex IAM error messages for users
