What you'll do
- Design and maintain platforms for creating and managing AI agents
- Orchestrate multiple LLMs for scalable individual and coordinated operations
- Build complex workflows using frameworks like LangGraph
- Develop evaluation frameworks for testing agent performance and dynamics
- Implement privacy measures and ensure compliance with data regulations
- Integrate search capabilities to provide agents with information access
- Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams on user experience
What you'll need
- Experience working with multiple LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph for agent workflows
- Background in developing evaluation frameworks for complex AI systems
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals with backend engineering focus
- Experience handling AI privacy scenarios and secure data handling
- Knowledge of search technologies and their integration into AI systems
- Proven experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks
