You will research, build, and ship AI-powered capabilities that enhance user workflows and drive business value. Your work will establish AI as a foundational layer of the Vendelux experience, focusing on agentic systems, large language models, and scalable infrastructure.
The team powers thousands of event decisions by delivering proprietary insights globally. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI systems.
What you'll do
- Research and apply modern AI methods like agents, LLMs, and RAG
- Own architecture and integration of agentic chat capabilities
- Design systems for AI agents to reason and take action
- Architect multi-tenant AI infrastructure for performance and cost
- Establish observability and evaluation frameworks for production AI
- Collaborate with product and data teams on AI roadmap
What you'll need
- 8+ years in software or data engineering
- 3+ years building AI/ML-driven products
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and data pipelines
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
- Ability to balance research and engineering tradeoffs
