What you'll do
- Design and deliver features and technical solutions within your team
- Lead backend modernization efforts while enabling new functionality
- Raise engineering standards and solve cross-team technical problems
- Transform ambiguous requirements into clear action plans
- Mentor engineers and contribute to their personal development
- Balance hands-on coding with enabling other engineers and processes
What you'll need
- Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# and .NET
- Solid experience with automated testing and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in working with databases
- Strong product mindset and understanding of business context
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with senior peers
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English communication

- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-related features
- Experience with system design and architecture-level decisions
