You will define and build the design system that enables designers, engineers, and AI agents to create coherent the company experiences. Starting as a hands-on contributor, you will establish architecture, ship components, and set quality standards before growing into a leadership role.
This position treats the design system as infrastructure for both humans and machines. You will ensure the system is legible to AI agents through machine-readable documentation and exposed rules, maintaining brand integrity while scaling velocity across the platform.
What you'll do
- Set vision and direction for the design system based on builder needs
