What you'll do
- Drive technical direction across multiple engineering teams
- Build systems capable of scaling globally for large user bases
- Innovate on internal AI usage to improve product and engineering
- Release updates multiple times daily to over 100,000 users
- Develop products that shape global public service delivery
- Take ownership of departmental technical strategy and execution
What you'll need
- Broad experience across infrastructure, backend, frontend, and data
- Proven track record of evolving systems for significant scale
- Strong product mindset focused on building the right solutions
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its impact on the profession
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the existing technology stack
