You will define and prioritize projects to enhance the resilience and power of Check's payroll infrastructure. This leadership role requires diving deep into technology stacks and tax systems to design scalable solutions that simplify payroll for partners across various industries.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize projects to scale payroll infrastructure
- Lead product execution with a bold and opinionated approach
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and operations teams
- Engage with partners to understand challenges and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps with engineering and operations
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience in tech
- Experience serving enterprise businesses
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments
- Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to attend annual 3-day company offsite
Nice to have
- Knowledge of payroll and tax systems
