Staff Product Manager, Core Primitives

• Staff level role
• Fully remote
• Platform product focus
• Distributed systems
• 8+ years experience

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Temporal's Core Primitives. The goal is to simplify modeling long-running work, coordinating across systems, and handling failure in production environments.

Collaborating with engineering and SDK leads, you will turn strategic bets into coherent behavior across the platform. Success involves shipping improvements that lower custom pattern usage and operational risk for developers.
