You will define the product direction for healthcare professionals using the ShiftKey platform, ensuring they remain engaged and active over time. Working in an augmented model with delivery partners, you will own the strategy that drives Professional Lifetime Value and keeps the marketplace balanced.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end experience for professionals from discovery to retention
- Define and track Professional Lifetime Value as the key success metric
- Develop strategies to keep professionals active beyond their first shift
- Design systems for reputation building and facility discovery
- Clarify earnings structures and optimization paths for users
What you'll need
- 7-9 years of product management experience
- Background in supply-side marketplace or platform products
- Proven ability to drive engagement rather than just availability
- Strong data instincts for instrumenting and diagnosing issues
- Experience connecting product decisions to unit economics
- Track record of partnering across teams without direct authority
