You will define the product direction for healthcare professionals using the ShiftKey platform, from their first shift to long-term engagement. Working in an augmented model, you set the vision while delivery partners handle execution, ensuring the marketplace remains healthy by keeping professionals active and satisfied.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end professional experience including discovery and placement
- Define and report on Professional Lifetime Value to leadership
- Build strategies to retain professionals for years rather than single shifts
- Design systems for professionals to build reputation and get discovered
- Clarify earnings data so users understand pay and improvement paths
What you'll need
- 7-9 years of product management experience
- Background in supply side of a marketplace or platform
- Experience solving for engagement beyond simple availability
- Ability to connect product decisions to unit economics
- Strong data instincts for instrumenting and diagnosing issues
- Track record of partnering across teams without direct control
