You will lead the strategy for SaaS Manager, helping organizations govern their application usage. The work involves shaping a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, and admin experiences while connecting technical decisions to business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for platform modernization
- Lead discovery with customers to identify high-impact problems
- Determine sequencing of capabilities like data ingestion and integrations
- Partner with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements
- Define success metrics and measure reliability and adoption
- Align multiple teams around priorities and delivery risks
- Coordinate launches and gather customer feedback for iteration
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and platform architecture
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong skills in product discovery and prioritization
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Background in SaaS management, IAM, or cybersecurity products
- Knowledge of SSO, SCIM, OAuth, or similar integration patterns
