You will design and build scalable applications that help clients manage their financial picture and collaborate with advisors. Working alongside product managers and designers, you will own the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements.
This position requires deep technical expertise and a focus on code quality, security, and performance. You will mentor teammates, review code, and contribute to architectural decisions while solving complex business problems.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Lead feature implementation from concept to deployment
- Contribute to system architecture for scalability and security
- Review code and mentor team members on best practices
- Triage and resolve software defects to improve quality
- Collaborate with designers and product managers on ideas
- Participate in agile planning, demos, and retrospectives
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality software
- Experience building APIs, backends, frontends, and architecture
- Deep technical expertise in one or more programming languages
- Strong understanding of CS fundamentals and engineering practices
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and evolving requirements
- Strong communication skills within an agile team
- Ability to work core hours aligned with US time zones
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech or startup environments
- Familiarity with Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, and AWS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security best practices
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML solutions
- Mobile development experience
- Familiarity with external data integrations and visualizations
