You will take incomplete product directions and transform them into reliable, shipped features. This hands-on role requires making technical and product decisions independently, covering architecture, metrics, and production behavior. You will leverage AI agents for execution while maintaining responsibility for the final outcome.
The team works in a TypeScript environment, shipping small changes frequently. You will own your area long-term, improving observability and reducing manual operational work through automation and better tooling.
What you'll do
- Own product areas end-to-end including architecture and production behavior
- Translate ambiguous product intent into shipped, reliable features
- Identify problems and opportunities without waiting for detailed specs
- Build across frontend, backend, APIs, and native clients as needed
- Use AI agents for implementation and testing while retaining judgment
- Increase system autonomy through better tooling and observability
- Monitor production metrics and iterate based on evidence
What you'll need
- Proven track record of owning user-facing products end-to-end
- Experience turning vague ideas into production systems
- Strong product judgment and ability to decide without approval
- Broad technical skills with depth in specific areas when needed
- Substantial hands-on experience using AI coding agents
- Familiarity with AI patterns like MCP, tool calling, and evals
- History of creating leverage via automation and tooling
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains
