You will maintain the company's IT environment, overseeing device management, network security, and identity access. This position supports internal operations by ensuring secure and efficient use of cloud services and hardware for all employees.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, cloud services, and internal systems
- Oversee user access and identity management via Okta or Azure AD
- Enforce network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption
- Support and maintain company-wide SaaS tools like Slack and Notion
- Automate IT workflows and system monitoring to boost efficiency
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding account processes
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
What you'll need
- At least 3 years in IT administration or systems support
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure
- Proficiency in IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud
- Knowledge of MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models
- Understanding of GDPR, SOC 2, and IT compliance standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and connectivity issues

- Experience with IT automation and scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
