OAK’S LAB is a product development partner with Silicon Valley founders and European talent. The company builds custom software for startups and enterprises, leveraging an AI-first approach across its projects.
As a Tech Lead, you will own the technical buildout of products, managing small teams of 3-7 engineers. You will collaborate with product and design leads to ensure seamless delivery while contributing hands-on to code and architecture.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-7 engineers
- Own software architecture and infrastructure setup
- Collaborate with Product and Design leads on goals
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Contribute hands-on to feature development
- Refine epics and user stories with Product Manager
- Select technologies aligned with client needs
What you'll need
- 6+ years of general engineering experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
- Experience architecting software solutions
- Proficiency in setting up hosting infrastructure
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Fluent in English

- Experience building projects from scratch
- Background in early-stage startups
- Interest in applying AI tools in workflow
