OAK’S LAB is a product development partner with Silicon Valley founders and European talent. The company builds custom software for startups and enterprises, leveraging an AI-first approach across its projects.
As a Tech Lead, you will own the technical buildout of products, managing a team of 3-7 engineers. You will collaborate with product and design leads to deliver seamless front-end experiences and robust architecture.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-7 engineers
- Own software architecture and infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product and Design Leads
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality
- Develop features hands-on with the team
- Refine epics and user stories with PMs
- Select technologies aligned with client needs
What you'll need
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- 3+ years building apps with Node.js and React
- Experience architecting software solutions
- Proficiency in English communication
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and AI
Nice to have
- Experience starting projects from scratch
- Background in early-stage startups
- Knowledge of Python
