BJAK is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI Finance Superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
