KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI finance superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC, privacy, and licensing into products
- Apply AI where it adds value with clear safeguards and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including evaluation and reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
