BJAK is expanding beyond insurance to build an AI-native Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. This role leads a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory adherence in high-consequence financial products.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver trusted financial tools. The team values deterministic systems where necessary and applies AI only when it genuinely improves outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Judgment to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
