KIRA is expanding its financial services platform to include spending, saving, and investing tools powered by AI. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while integrating AI where it genuinely adds value.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver secure financial products. The position requires balancing technical constraints with user experience and business goals in a distributed environment.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security with engineers
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
