KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive financial superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Lead, you will drive the strategy and technical execution of a specific product vertical, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements
- Integrate regulatory needs such as KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy
- Apply AI features with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, focusing on reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
