You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI-driven financial superapp, covering payments, insurance, wealth, and trading. This position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable, auditable financial products.
The role demands close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure correctness and trust in systems that handle real money. You will define roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and drive delivery in a distributed international environment.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
