You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI-driven financial platform, covering payments, insurance, and trading. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial products.
Working with distributed teams, you will define roadmaps and ensure alignment across engineering, compliance, and operations. The focus is on building trusted, auditable systems where AI enhances outcomes without compromising security or correctness.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on API design, data flows, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical and legal constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
