You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI-driven financial platform, covering payments, insurance, and trading. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial products.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define roadmaps and ensure systems are auditable and trusted. The team operates globally with English as the primary language.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
